How We Mine
Exploration
Our geologists identify and assess gold-bearing structures across our licence areas using surface mapping, drilling, and sampling to define resource potential before any extraction begins.
Extraction
Ore is extracted from our mining sites using a combination of open-pit and underground methods suited to each deposit, with safety and ground stability as the first priority at every stage.
Processing
Extracted ore is crushed, milled, and processed on-site to concentrate the gold-bearing material, using techniques designed to maximise recovery while managing water and tailings responsibly.

Geita Mpomvu Site
ActiveGeita, Tanzania
70 tonnes-per-day CIP processing plant, operational and active since 2018.
Songwe Operation (Mbangala Village)
Under ConstructionMbangala Village, Geita Region
300 tonnes-per-day CIP plant with over 400,000 tonnes of ore available. TSF construction is underway and the plant is approximately 98% complete, with production expected by end of 2026.
